井穴刺络醒神护脑效应的特异性及穴位启动机制探析

Study on specific mechanism of effect of acupoint activation at Jing-well points acupuncture to awaken spirit and protect brain

中医学及现代临床多采用井穴刺络治疗脑部相关病症。文章通过回顾井穴与脑在古今临床实践、穴区针效启动机制方面的相关理论,在肯定井穴刺络醒神护脑的临床疗效的同时,创新提出穴区局部可能机制,并通过穴区特异性解剖结构分析井穴穴位启动相关机制,推测井穴穴区丰富的神经-血管-肥大细胞-血管球体耦合互作可能是井穴针效向脑传递实现醒神护脑效应启动的解剖学基础,为井穴刺络治疗脑病的临床和基础研究提供科学依据和思路。

Traditional Chinese medicine and modern clinical use of Jing-well points acupuncture collaterals to treat brain related diseases.In this paper,by reviewing the theories related to the ancient and modern clinical practice and the initiation mechanism of acupuncture in the acupoint area,while affirming the clinical effect of acupuncture in the acupoint area to awake the spirit and protect the brain,the local possible mechanism of acupoint area was innovatively proposed,and the relevant mechanism of acupuncture in the acupoint area was analyzed through the specific anatomical structure of the acupoint area.It is speculated that the rich coupling interaction of nerve,blood vessel,mast cell and vascular sphere in the Jing-well acupoint area may be the anatomical basis for the transmission of Jing-well acupoint acupuncture effect to the brain to realize the activation of the effect of awakening the spirit and protecting the brain,and provide scientific basis and ideas for the clinical and basic research on the treatment of encephalopathy by Jing-acupoint acupuncture.
