双相情感障碍动物模型及中医药防治进展

Research progress for animal models of bipolar disorder and traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment research status and progress

双相情感障碍(BD)以反复发作的躁狂或轻躁狂,并以正常状态或抑郁发作交替出现为主要临床特征。具有较高的自杀、自残、死亡风险,给患者家庭和社会带来极大的负担。BD动物模型的合理构建是BD科学研究的基础,目前主要包括药物模型、环境模型和基因工程模型等。不同的动物模型和造模方法有其各自的特点,进行科学研究时应综合考虑具体的研究目的和关键的科学问题从而选择建立合适的动物模型。文章将现阶段BD动物模型的造模方法进行了梳理,并总结了中医药防治BD的研究现状,以期为中医药领域进行BD相关的基础研究方面构建合理的动物模型和进行科学的实验设计提供参考。

Bipolar disorder(BD)is characterized by recurrent episodes of mania or hypomania,alternating with normal states and depressive episodes.It has a high risk of suicide,self-harm and death,and the patients'family and the whole society have great burden because of the BD.The reasonable construction of the animal models of BD,which mainly includes drug models,environmental models and genetic models,is the basis of the scientific research.Each animal model and modeling method has various advantages in certain studies regarding the research rationale and main scientific issue,and the specific research objectives and main scientific questions should be considered in order to select and establish suitable animal models.In this review,various method of modeling as well as the application of animals are summarized and in order to provide a reference for the construction of reasonable animal models and scientific experimental design in the field of BD-related basic research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,the research status of BD prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine is also summarized.
