摘要
骨质疏松症(OP)是一种好发于中老年人的全身代谢性骨骼疾病,其基础和临床研究向来是骨代谢领域研究的热点话题。中药及复方防治OP疗效明确,可从多途径、多靶点上发挥治疗作用。但中药成分的复杂性及研究方法的单一性导致该领域研究进展缓慢。组学技术的应用与发展为中药防治OP的机制研究提供了新的思路和手段,其系统化、整体性特点与中医药整体观念相契合,弥补了单个靶点或通路诠释中药“整体调控”思想的局限性。文章主要综述基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学及其联用技术在中药防治OP中的应用,为精准化、客观化揭示中药防治OP的作用机制提供参考思路,同时也为揭示复杂药物体系干预疾病的机理提供理论支撑。
Osteoporosis(OP)is a systemic metabolic bone disease that tends to occur in middle-aged and elderly people,and its basic and clinical research has always been a hot topic in the field of bone metabolism,Traditional Chinese medicine and compound prescriptions have a clear therapeutic effect on preventing and treating OP,and can exert therapeutic effects from multiple pathways and targets.However,the complexity of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients and the singularity of research methods have led to slow research progress in this field.The application and development of omics technology provide new ideas and means for the mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine's prevention and treatment of OP.Its systematic and holistic characteristics are in line with the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,making up for the limitations of interpreting the concept of‘holistic regulation’of traditional Chinese medicine by a single target or pathway.This article mainly reviews the application of genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,and their combined technologies in the prevention and treatment of OP with traditional Chinese medicine,providing reference ideas for accurately and objectively revealing the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating OP,and also providing theoretical support for revealing the mechanism of complex drug systems intervening in diseases.
