基于指纹图谱结合气味分析综合评价3种工业化干燥方法下小金丸的相似性 被引量:1

Comprehensive evaluation of the similarity of Xiaojin Pills produced by three industrial drying methods based on fingerprint combined with odor analysis

摘要 目的:建立小金丸高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱及顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(HS-SPMEGC-MS)分析方法,用于评价不同干燥方法所得小金丸样品质量的一致性。方法:采用HPLC建立小金丸不同干燥样品脂溶性提取部位的指纹图谱,并对相似度进行分析;采用HS-SPME-GC-MS对小金丸中挥发性成分进行鉴定,计算各成分的相对含量并进行热图聚类分析。结果:在9批小金丸脂溶性部位指纹图谱中共检出19个共有峰,指纹图谱相似度较高,在0.954~0.996之间,RSD为1.52%。采用HS-SPME-GC-MS分析方法从小金丸样品中共鉴定出13种挥发性成分等。相对含量与热图聚类分析结果显示,烘箱干燥与微波干燥所得样品相似度较高,两者与微波真空干燥所得样品间存在一定差异。结论:本研究建立的指纹图谱结合气味分析方法可用于小金丸质量一致性的综合评价,且3种干燥方法所得小金丸质量一致性较好。 Objective:The HPLC fingerprint and HS-SPME-GC-MS analysis method was established to evaluating the quality consistency of Xiaojin Pills obtained by different drying methods.Methods:HPLC was used to establish the fingerprints of liposoluble extracts from different dried samples of Xiaojin Plls,and the similarity was analyzed.HS-SPME-GC-MS was adopted to identify the volatile components in Xiaojin Pills,the relative content of each component was calculated and performed thermographic cluster analysis.Results:A total of 19 common peaks were detected in the fingerprint of the liposoluble extracts.The fingerprint similarity of 9 batches Xiaojin Pills was high,ranging from 0.954 to 0.996,with an RSD of 1.52%.A total of 13 volatile components were identified from Xiaojin Pills samples by HS-SPME-GC-MS analysis.The results of relative content and thermographic cluster analysis showed that the similarity between the samples obtained by oven drying and microwave drying was high,and there were some differences between the two and the samples obtained by microwave vacuum drying.Conclusion:The fingerprint established in this study combined with odor analysis method can be used for comprehensive evaluation of the quality consistency of Xiaojin Pills,and the quality consistency of Xiaojin Pills obtained by the three drying methods is good.
