从“经脉-脏腑相关”理论探讨足厥阴肝经、足以及生殖器的特定联系

Discussion the specific somaosomatic relationship of Jueyin liver meridian of foots,the foot and the genitalia based on‘meridian-viscera correlation’theory

“经脉-脏腑相关”理论是中医学的核心内容,而足厥阴肝经与肝脏相关理论是“经脉-脏腑相关”理论的重要组成部分。早在《黄帝内经》中就记载了足厥阴肝经、足以及生殖器之间有着特异性联系。文章以回溯古人探索足厥阴肝经循行的可能背景为基础,根据足厥阴肝经与肝脏相关理论,分别就足厥阴肝经的命名、足厥阴肝经与足以及生殖器官的联系等方面进行论述,并通过“肝主宗筋之所聚”、“肝主筋”与足运动关系以及足痿与生殖器功能障碍的内在联系来论述“肝主筋”是足与生殖器功能发挥的基础。以期更好理解足厥阴肝经、肝脏以及生殖器的特定联系。笔者认为这对重拾经络理论的“文化自信”具有重要的意义。

The theory of‘meridian-viscera correlation’is the core content of traditional Chinese medicine,and the theory of‘meridian-viscera correlation’is an important part of the theory of meridian-viscera correlation'.As early as in Huangdi Nejing recorded the Jueyin liver meridian of foots,foot and genitalia have a specific relationship.Based on the possible background of ancient people's exploration of the Jueyin liver meridian of foots,this paper discusses the naming of the Jueyin liver meridian of foots,the relationship between the Jueyin liver meridian of foots and the reproductive organs according to the theory of Jueyin liver meridian of foots.And through the‘liver main tendons’,‘liver main tendons’and the relationship between foot movement,and the internal relationship between foot flaccus and genital dysfunction,this paper discusses that‘liver main tendons’is the basis of foot and genital function.In order to better understand the specific relationship between Jueyin liver meridian of foots,liver and genitalia.The authors think that this is of great significance to regain the‘cultural confidence’of the meridian theory.
