双金属MOFs的NO/CO_(2)选择性吸附性能研究

摘要 采用溶剂热法合成制备含Co、Mn双金属节点的MOF-74材料,研究了室温下对NO的吸附性能,并通过IAST和穿透实验研究了材料的吸附选择性。结果表明,双金属Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.8)-MOF-74具有典型的MOF-74晶体结构,对NO的吸附量达到160.3cc/g,比单金属Mn-MOF-74提高了约19.4%。在低吸附分压时,NO/CO_(2)的理想溶液吸附(IAST)理论吸附选择性最大可达到397,经过5次循环吸附-脱附实验后的再生性能优良。模拟烟气的双组分穿透实验中,Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.8)-MOF-74对NO/CO_(2)的吸附分离性能达到35.5,可以作为一种优良的NO吸附分离材料。 A MOF-74 material containing Co and Mn bimetallic nodes was synthesized and prepared by solvothermal method.Its NO adsorption property was investigated,and the adsorption selectivity of the material was studied by IAST and breakthrough experiments.The results showed that bimetallic Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.8)-MOF-74 had a typical crystal structure of MOF-74,and the NO adsorption capacity could attain up to 160.3cc·g^(-1),which was 19.4%higher than that of the single metal Mn-MOF-74.The adsorption selectivity(IAST)calculations for NO/CO_(2)binary mixture could reach a maximum of 397 at low adsorption partial pressure,and the regeneration performance stability was excellent after 5 cycles of adsorption-desorption experiments.In the simulated flue gas breakthrough experiments,the selectivity of adsorptive separation of Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.8)-MOF-74 for NO/CO_(2)reached 35.5,which could be used as a prospective material for NO adsorption and separation in flue gas.
