摘要
拉挤工艺因其效率高、成本低、重复性好、便于连续化生产等优点,在风电叶片用碳梁中广泛使用。在碳梁的生产过程中,直线度不良是影响碳梁合格率的一项关键因素。通过对实际生产过程中9条碳梁生产线中的各项工艺参数进行分析,确定拉挤工艺中碳纤维含量、纱架角度、夹持数量、固化程度等关键特性对碳梁直线度的影响程度。
Pultrusion process is widely used in carbon beam for wind turbine blades because of its high efficiency,low cost,good repeatability and easy continuous production.In the production process of carbon beam,poor linearity is a key factor affecting the qualification rate of carbon beam.In this paper,the process parameters of nine carbon beam production lines in the actual production process were analyzed,and the influence of key characteristics such as fiber content,yarn frame angle,clamping number and curing degree on the straightness of carbon beam in the pultrusion process was determined.
