摘要
以丙烯酸钠、甲基丙烯酸十六酯为单体,采用胶束共聚法,紫外光引发共聚生成疏水缔合型增稠剂。最佳的反应条件:中和度为80%,固含量为38%的碱性丙烯酸中和液作为基础胶水;浓度50%的烷基糖苷APG表面活性剂,加入量为甲基丙烯酸十六酯量的2.5倍;浓度为2%UV光引发剂TPO,加入量为0.4%(以胶水量为基准)。研究表明,这种疏水缔合型增稠剂具有高黏度、抗电解质、抗剪切等优异性能。
In this paper,sodium acrylate and hexadecyl methacrylate were used as monomers,micellar copolymerization method was used,to produce hydrophobic association thickener by UV light induced copolymerization.The best reaction conditions:the neutralization degree of 80%,solid content of 38%alkaline acrylic neutralization solution as the base glue;The concentration of 50%alkyl glycoside APG surfactants,its addition was 2.5 times that of hexadecyl methacrylate;The concentration of UV photoinitiator TPO was 2%,and the addition amount was 0.4%(based on the amount of glue water).It is found that the hydrophobic association thickener has excellent properties such as high viscosity,anti-electrolyte and anti-shear.
