摘要
通过实验研究发现,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)或超高分子量聚乙烯(UPE120)与聚甲醛熔融共混制备的耐磨改性聚甲醛均具有较高的强度和耐磨性,以及更好的耐热性。其中PTFE耐磨改性聚甲醛略优于UPE120耐磨改性聚甲醛,强度和韧性下降幅度不大,耐磨性大幅提高,具有较好的应用价值;而UPE120耐磨改性聚甲醛具有较好的耐磨性和经济效益。
It was found that the wear-resistant modified POM prepared by melt blending of PTFE or UHMWPE(UPE120)and POM had higher strength,wear resistance and better heat resistance.Among them,PTFE wear-resistant modified polyoxymethylene is slightly better than UPE120 wear-resistant modified polyoxymethylene.Its strength and toughness decrease slightly,and its wear resistance is greatly improved,so it has good application value.The modified POM with UPE120 has better wear resistance and economic benefit.
