摘要
测定非金属垫片材料拉伸强度是评价力学性能的重要指标,该文依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》和GB/T 20671.7-2006《非金属垫片材料分类体系及试验方法第7部分:非金属垫片材料拉伸强度试验方法》的相关规定,分析了在试验过程中不同因素对非金属垫片材料拉伸强度试验不确定度的影响,对如何提高测量系统的稳定性提出意见。
Measuring the tensile strength of non-metallic gasket materials is an important index to evaluate the mechanical properties.This paper is based on JJF 1059.1-2012(Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement)and GB/T 20671.7-2006(Classification system and test methods for nonmetallic gasket materials—Part 7:Standard test methods for tension testing of nonmetallic gasket materials).The infl uence of diff erent factors on the uncertainty of tensile strength test of non-metallic gasket materials was analyzed,and some suggestions on how to improve the stability of measuring system are put forward.
