再生粗骨料沥青混合料路用性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验和水稳定性试验测试了不同再生粗骨料掺量的70号道路石油沥青混合料和SBS(Ⅰ-D)改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性以及水稳定性,试验结果表明:随着再生粗骨料掺量的增加,沥青混合料的动稳定度先增大后减小,破坏应变减小,浸水残留稳定度增大;再生粗骨料掺量为40%和60%左右时,70号道路石油沥青混合料和SBS(Ⅰ-D)改性沥青混合料的动稳定度分别达到最大;再生粗骨料掺量一定时,SBS(Ⅰ-D)改性沥青混合料的动稳定度、破坏应变和浸水残留稳定度均优于70号道路石油沥青混合料。结合《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》对沥青混合料的要求,得出了不同再生粗骨料时70号道路石油沥青混合料和SBS(Ⅰ-D)改性沥青混合料的适用性。 The high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,and water stability of 70#road asphalt mixture and SBS(I-D)modified asphalt mixture with diff erent recycled coarse aggregate content were tested through rutting test,small beam bending test,and water stability test.The test results showed that with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate content,the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture firstly increased and then decreased,the failure strain decreased,and the residual stability after immersion increased.When the recycled coarse aggregate content is about 40%and 60%,the dynamic stability of 70#road asphalt mixture and SBS(I-D)modified asphalt mixture reaches the maximum,respectively.When the recycled coarse aggregate content is constant,the dynamic stability,failure strain,and residual stability after immersion of SBS(I-D)modified asphalt mixture are better than those of 70#road asphalt mixture.Based on the requirements of the"Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements"for asphalt mixtures,the applicability of 70#road petroleum asphalt mixture and SBS(I-D)modified asphalt mixture with diff erent recycled coarse aggregates was obtained.
