PPA-增塑剂联合优化沥青的温度效应及路用性能研究

摘要 单一改性剂对沥青改性过程中会存在某些工程特性难以兼顾的缺陷,为了掌握多聚磷酸(PPA)与增塑剂联合组成的复合改性剂对沥青特性的影响规律,探讨了PPA和增塑剂掺杂度对沥青的高低温特性和沥青混料路用特性的影响。以复合改性沥青的针入点、软化点、延度以及沥青混合料的抗弯拉强度、动态稳定性和残留稳定性等为研究指标。研究结果表明,增塑剂与PPA在单独应用后,无法同时改善沥青和沥青混合料的高低温特性,但复合改性剂却可同时改善沥青和沥青混合料的高低温特性。综合试验结果,复合改性沥青中PPA和增塑剂的最佳掺量分别为0.9%和3.0%。 In the process of asphalt modification by a single modifier,some engineering characteristics are difficult to be taken into account.In order to master the infl uence of the compound modifier composed of polyphosphoric acid(PPA)and plasticizer on asphalt characteristics,the infl uence of PPA and plasticizer doping degree on asphalt high and low temperature characteristics and asphalt pavement characteristics was discussed.The penetration,softening point,ductility of the composite modified asphalt and the fl exural tensile strength,dynamic stability,residual stability of the bituminous mixture were studied.The results show that the plasticizer and PPA can not improve the high and low temperature characteristics of asphalt and asphalt mixture at the same time,but the composite modifier can achieve it.The optimum content of PPA and plasticizer in composite modified asphalt is 0.9%and 3.0%,respectively.
