格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗老年糖尿病对患者血糖、血脂和血管内皮功能指标水平的影响

Effects of Glimepiride Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Elderly Diabetes on Blood Glucose,Blood Lipids and Vascular Endothelial Function Index Levels in Patients

目的 探究格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗老年糖尿病对患者血糖、血脂和血管内皮功能指标水平的影响。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月就诊于莆田第九十五医院的131例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,基于随机数表法分为对照组(65例)和观察组(66例)。对照组接受二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上结合格列美脲治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血糖水平、血脂水平、血管内皮功能指标水平。结果 治疗后观察组的FPG、HbA1c、2 hPG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组LDL-C、TC、TG水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FMD、EPCs水平均高于对照组,VEGF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗老年糖尿病可降低其血糖水平,调节其血脂水平,并改善其血管内皮功能。

Objective To explore the effect of glimepiride combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly diabetes on the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and vascular endothelial function indicators in patients.Methods 131elderly patients with diabetes who visited Putian 95th Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(65 cases) and the observation group(66cases) based on the random number table method.The control group received metformin treatment,while the observation group received glimepiride treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the blood glucose levels,blood lipid levels,and endothelial function indicators before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FPG,HbA1c,and 2hPG levels in the observation group were lower on average than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LDL-C,TC,and TG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of HDL-C were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FMD and EPCs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of VEGF were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using glimepiride combined with metformin to treat elderly patients with diabetes can reduce their blood glucose levels,regulate their blood lipid levels,and improve their vascular endothelial function.
