糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中β_(2)-微球蛋白与血糖联合检验的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of β_(2)-microglobulin and Blood Glucose in the Diagnosis of Early Renal Injury in Diabetes Mellitus

目的 研究β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-microglobulin,β_(2)-MG)与血糖联合检验结果在糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月枝江市人民医院医学检验科的64例糖尿病患者作为研究组,同期收入的健康体验人员64例作为对照组,均开展β_(2)-MG、血糖检验,对比组间检验结果,并分析β_(2)-MG、血糖单项检验及联合检验的糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断效能。结果 研究组的β_(2)-MG、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病早期肾损伤患者的β_(2)-MG、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均高于单纯糖尿病,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);β_(2)-MG与血糖联合诊断糖尿病早期肾损伤的灵敏度、特异度以及准确率明显高于单项检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 β_(2)-MG、血糖联合检验用于糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断准确度更高,可以作为该疾病的优选诊断方案。

Objective To study the value of the combined detection of β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-MG) and blood glucose in the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty-four diabetic patients from the Medical Laboratory of Zhijiang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study group,and 64health experience personnel from the same period were selected as the control group.β_(2)-MG and blood glucose tests were carried out.The results of inter-group test were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of β_(2)-MG,blood glucose single test and combined test in early diabetic kidney injury was analyzed.Results The levels of β_(2)-MG,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in study group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of β_(2)-MG,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in early diabetic patients with kidney injury were higher than those in simple diabetic patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of β_(2)-MG combined with blood glucose in the diagnosis of early diabetic kidney injury were significantly higher than that of single test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of β_(2)-MG and blood glucose is more accurate in the diagnosis of early renal injury in diabetes,and it can be used as the preferred diagnostic method for this disease.
