胰岛素血糖控制对糖尿病合并肺结核患者的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Insulin Blood Glucose Control on Diabetic Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的 研究给予糖尿病合并肺结核患者加强胰岛素血糖控制的干预效果。方法 选取2019年10月—2021年10月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的糖尿病合并肺结核患者130例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组65例。研究组应用加强胰岛素血糖控制措施和对照组应用常规血糖控制措施,对比两组血糖水平、治疗效果。结果 治疗后,研究组糖化血红蛋白(7.03±1.15)%,空腹血糖(6.76±1.24)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖(8.13±1.25)mmol/L,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.92%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予糖尿病合并肺结核患者应用加强胰岛素血糖控制措施,可以有效控制患者的血糖水平,从而起到更好地控制病情发展效果。

Objective To study patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were given intensive insulin blood glucose control,and the intervention effect.Methods From October 2019 to October 2021,130patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis Admitted to the People 's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random table method,with 65 cases in each group.Study group with strengthened insulin blood glucose control measures and the control group with conventional blood glucose control measures.The blood glucose levels and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the glycated hemoglobin(7.03±1.15)%,fasting blood glucose(6.76±1.24) mmol/L,and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(8.13±1.25) mmol/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.92%,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced insulin blood glucose control measures in patients with diabetes and pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively control the patient's blood glucose level,thereby better controlling the development of the disease.
