厄贝沙坦并硝苯地平用于2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的疗效及血糖水平观察

Observation on Curative Effect and Blood Glucose Level of Irbesartan and Nifedipine in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Hypertension

目的 探讨利拉鲁肽联合硝苯地平用于2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的疗效及血糖水平。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年10月在闽清县总医院治疗的80例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,各40例。两组均使用硝苯地平治疗,在此基础上对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用利拉鲁肽治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、血糖及肾功能指标、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血清尿素氮、血肌酐、尿蛋白排泄率、24 h尿白定量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组恶心呕吐、头晕、面色潮红、低血糖等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 硝苯地平联合利拉鲁肽用于2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的疗效显著,能有效控制血压、血糖,保护肾功能,且安全性好。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of liraglutide combined with nifedipine in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and the blood glucose level.Methods 80 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with hypertension who were treated in Minqing County General Hospital from January 2020 to October 2022were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with nifedipine.On this basis,the control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with liraglutide on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose and renal function indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 72.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FPG,2 hPG,BUN,Scr,UAER,and 24-hour urinary albumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting,dizziness,flushing,and hypoglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with liraglutide has significant efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension.It can effectively control blood pressure and blood glucose,protect renal function,and is safe.
