西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Sitagliptin Combined with Insulin Aspart 30 in the Treatment of Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探究西格列汀联合门冬胰岛素30治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病患者的效果分析。方法 选取2022年1—12月贵阳市第六医院收治的100例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,用电脑随机数表法平均分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受单一门冬胰岛素30治疗,观察组接受在门冬胰岛素30基础上还应用西格列汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)均低于对照组,总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平高于对照组,体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、尿酸均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肥胖型2型糖尿病通过联合用药的方案-西格列汀与门冬胰岛素30,可以获得显著效果,降低体质指数和血糖指标,调节血脂以及尿酸指标,促进治疗效果,具有临床可行性。

Objective To investigate the effect of sitagliptin combined with insulin aspart 30 in the treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 obese patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Guiyang Sixth Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by computer random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single insulin aspartate 30,and the observation group was treated with sitagliptin in addition to insulin aspartate 30.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c) in the observation group were lower than those of control group,and the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC) were lower than those of control group,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was higher than that of control group,and the body mass index(BMI) and uric acid were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination regimen of sitagliptin and insulin aspartate 30 for obese type 2 diabetes can achieve significant effects,reduce body mass index and blood glucose index,regulate blood lipid and uric acid index,and promote treatment effect,which is clinically feasible.
