综合护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的临床应用价值

The Clinical Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Care of Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的 探讨综合护理对妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者的影响。方法 将2022年1—12月惠东县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心产科收治的88例GDM患者按随机数表法分为各含44例的常规组(常规护理)与综合组(综合护理),比较两组护理效果、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果 干预前,两组体质指数、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,综合组上述3项指标均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,综合组生活质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组护理总满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对GDM患者施以综合护理干预,可有效控制其体质指数及血糖水平,提升患者的生活质量,并获取更高的满意程度。

Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing care on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 88 patients with GDM who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Huidong County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January to December 2022 were divided into a routine group(routine care) and a comprehensive group(comprehensive care) with 44 cases each according to the random number table method.Compared the nursing effects,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in body mass index,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,these three indicators in the comprehensive group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the score of quality of life in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction rate of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for GDM patients can effectively control their body mass index and blood glucose level,improve the quality of life of patients,and obtain higher satisfaction.
