2型糖尿病患者应用知信行护理干预在改善心理状态,生活质量方面的作用分析

Effect of Knowledge,Belief and Practice Nursing Intervention on Improving Mental State and Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 diabetes

目的 2型糖尿病患者(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)疾病管理中,对此分析知信行护理干预模式应用效果。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年9月麻城市人民医院内分泌科就诊的90例T2DM患者为研究对象。按完全随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各45例,依次接受常规护理与知信行护理干预模式,探讨不同护理干预模式应用下总体护理效果差异。结果 护理后,研究组心理状态评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将知信行护理干预模式应用于2型糖尿病患者疾病管理中,可通过调节改善患者心理状态促进治疗有序进行,利于改善患者预后,临床可进一步推广运用。

Objective In the disease management of patients with diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM),the application effect of this nursing intervention model was analyzed.Methods 90 T2DM patients who visited the Endocrinology Department of Macheng City People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the completely random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 patients in each group.They received routine nursing and knowledge,belief,and practice nursing intervention modes in order to explore the overall nursing effect differences under the application of different nursing intervention modes.Results After nursing care,the psychological state score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the knowledge,belief and practice nursing intervention model to the disease management of type 2 diabetes patients can promote the orderly treatment by adjusting and improving the patients' mental state,which is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients,and can be further popularized in clinical practice.
