晶状体超声乳化术治疗不同情况糖尿病性白内障患者的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Phacoemulsification in the Treatment of Diabetic Cataract Patients in Different Situations

目的 分析晶状体超声乳化术治疗不同情况糖尿病性白内障(diabetic cataract,DC)患者的疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年6月将乐县总医院期间收治的50例糖尿病性白内障DC患者为研究对象,其中30例血糖控制较为良好(良好组),20例血糖控制不佳(不良组),所有患者均接受晶状体超声乳化术治疗,比较治疗前和治疗后1个月的最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度及治疗疗效。结果 治疗前两组最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1个月,不良组最佳矫正视力(0.65±0.10)明显低于良好组(0.88±0.07),差异有统计学意义(t=9.578,P<0.05)。不良组黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度显著高于良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良组总有效率(60.00%)低于良好组(93.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.333,P<0.05)。结论 对于糖尿病性白内障患者而言,无论是血糖控制不佳或者血糖控制较为良好者均可接受晶状体超声乳化术治疗,且发挥一定的治疗效果,但后者治疗后视力恢复更佳。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of phacoemulsification in the treatment of patients with diabetic cataract(DC) in different conditions.Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic cataract DC admitted to Jiangle County General Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 patients had good blood glucose control(good group) and 20 patients had poor blood glucose control(poor group).All patients were treated with phacoemulsification.The best corrected visual acuity,macular foveal retinal thickness and therapeutic effect before and 1 month after treatment were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the best corrected visual acuity and macular foveal retinal thickness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).1 month after treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the poor group(0.65±0.10) was significantly lower than that of the good group(0.88±0.07),and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.578,P<0.05).The macular foveal retinal thickness in the poor group was significantly higher than that in the good group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the poor group(60.00%) was lower than that of the good group(93.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.333,P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic cataract patients,both those with poor blood glucose control and those with good blood glucose control can accept phacoemulsification,and it has a certain therapeutic effect.However,the recovery of visual acuity was better after the latter treatment.
