“新十条”政策发布后医院上呼吸道感染用药趋势分析与应对策略探讨

Drug Use Trend and Corresponding Strategies of Upper Respiratory Infection in a Hospital After the Release of the "Ten New Guidelines"

目的 为医院药库应对重大突发公共卫生事件提供参考。方法 通过医院信息系统导出医院2022年12月解热镇痛药、复方感冒药、平喘药、祛痰药、止咳药、上呼吸道感染对症中成药、抗菌药物、糖皮质激素类药物的用量,绘制趋势线并比较k值,分析用药的变化趋势。结果 2022年12月,医院解热镇痛药、复方感冒药、上呼吸道感染对症中成药用量均大幅增长后回归平稳,较12月1日涨幅最高分别为1 431.13%,1 707.09%,1 666.51%,祛痰药、止咳药、平喘药、抗菌药物、糖皮质激素类药物用量均呈上升趋势,上升趋势线k值分别为130.27,78.98,60.33,132.07,13.15。结论 医院总体用药需求变化可能与新型冠状病毒感染恢复进程相关。面对重大突发公共卫生事件,医院药库要根据疾病进展对药品需求量进行提前预判,及时调整药品采购策略,合理管控和调动有限药品资源。

Objective To provide a reference for the hospital drug storehouse to respond to major public health emergencies.Methods The quantity of antipyretic and analgesic drugs,compound cold drugs,antiasthmatic drugs,expectorants,antitussive drugs,Chinese patent drugs related to respiratory tract infection,antibiotics,and glucocorticoids in December 2022 after the release of the "Ten New Guidelines" was searched through the hospital information system(HIS),the trend lines were drawn and the k values were compared to analyze the change trend of drug use.Results In December 2022,the quantity of antipyretic and analgesic drugs,compound cold drugs,and Chinese patent drugs related to respiratory tract infection in the hospital all increased significantly and then returned to stability,with the highest increase compared with those on December 1,2022 being 1 431.13%,1 707.09%,and 1 666.51%,respectively;the consumption of expectorants,antitussive drugs,antiasthmatic drugs,antibiotics,and glucocorticoids all showed an upward trend,and the k values of the upward trend lines were 130.27,78.98,60.33,132.07,and 13.15,respectively.Conclusion The change in overall drug demand in the hospital may be related to the recovery process of COVID-19.In response to major public health emergencies,hospital drug storehouse should predict the demand for drugs based on the progress of the disease,timely adjust drug procurement strategies,and reasonably control and mobilize limited drug resources.
