稳定型心绞痛患者血清miR-33a、miR-126与急性心肌梗死发生的相关性研究

Correlation of Serum MiR-33a and MiR-126 with the Occurrence of Acute Myocardial Infarction in Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris

摘要 目的 探究稳定型心绞痛(stable angina pectoris, SAP)患者血清微小RNA-33a(miR-33a)、微小RNA-126(miR-126)与急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction, AMI)发生的相关性。方法 选取2020年8月至2022年4月收治的146例SAP患者及同期健康体检者48例(对照组)。依据是否发生AMI将SAP患者分为发生AMI组、未发生AMI组。对比各组的一般资料、糖脂代谢指标及血清miR-33a、miR-126表达,分析不同分级的SAP患者各指标及其与AMI发生的相关性。结果SAP患者的血清miR-33a表达水平高于对照组,而miR-126低于对照组(P <0.05)。发生AMI组血清miR-33a高于未发生AMI组,miR-126低于未发生AMI组(P <0.05);发生AMI组空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose, FPG)、甘油三酯(triglyceride, TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C)高于未发生AMI组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C)低于未发生AMI组(P <0.05)。随心绞痛分级增加,SAP患者血清miR-33a水平升高,而血清miR-126水平下降(P <0.05)。SAP患者的血清miR-33a表达水平与发生AMI、FPG、TG水平呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关;血清miR-126表达水平与发生AMI及FPG、TC、LDL-C水平呈负相关,与HDL-C呈正相关(P <0.05);TG、LDL-C、miR-33a为SAP患者发生AMI的危险因素,而HDL-C、miR-126为保护因素(P <0.05)。结论 SAP患者的血清miR-33a、miR-126表达水平与AMI的发生有明显相关性,miR-33a高表达、miR-126低表达可能增加AMI发生风险。 Objective To study the correlation between serum microRNA-33a(miR-33a),microRNA-126(miR-126)and the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP).Methods A total of 146 patients with SAP and 48 healthy controls were enrolled as SAP group and control group between August 2020 and April 2022.According to presence or absence of AMI,SAP patients were divided into AMI group and non-AMI group.The general data,levels of glucose-lipid metabolism indexes,serum miR-33a and miR-126 in different groups were compared.The correlation between different indexes and AMI occurrence was analyzed.Results The level of serum miR-33a in SAP patients was higher than that in control group,while the level of serum miR-126 was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum miR-33a in AMI group was higher than that in non-AMI group,while the level of serum of miR-126 was lower than that in non-AMI group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in AMI group were higher than those in non-AMI group,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than those in non-AMI group(P<0.05).With the increase of angina grading,the level of serum miR-33a was increased,while the level of serum miR-126 was decreased in the SAG patients(P<0.05).The level of serum miR-33a was positively correlated with AMI,FPG and TG,while negatively correlated with HDL-C.The level of serum miR-126 was negatively correlated with AMI,FPG,TC and LDL-C,while positively correlated with HDL-C(P<0.05).TG,LDL-C and miR-33a were risk factors of AMI in SAP patients,while HDL-C and miR-126 were protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum miR-33a and miR-126 are significantly correlated with the occurrence of AMI in SAP patients.High expression of miR-33a and low expression of miR-126 may increase AMI risk.
