外泌体在急性心肌梗死中的研究进展

摘要 近年来医疗水平日益提高,然而急性心肌梗死(AMI)仍是世界范围内威胁居民健康的重大疾病。因此对AMI发病机制的深入探究是进一步优化AMI诊断和治疗及改善患者预后的关键。外泌体是一类含有多种生物活性物质的细胞外膜性囊泡,可以由免疫细胞、干细胞、内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞等多种细胞产生。目前越来越多的研究关注外泌体在心血管疾病,尤其是AMI中的潜在作用机制。本文主要对外泌体在AMI中的研究进展及应用前景进行综述。 In recent years,acute myocardial infarction(AMI)remains a major health threat to people around the world,despite the increasing improvement of medical standards.Therefore,in-depth investigation of the pathogenesis of AMI is the key and difficult point to further optimize the diagnosis and treatment of AMI and improve the prognosis of patients.Exosomes are a kind of extracellular membranous vesicles containing a variety of bioactive substances,which can be produced by a variety of cells such as immune cells,endothelial cells,smooth muscle cells and stem cells,and are widely distributed in body fluids.The discovery of exosomes provides a new perspective to reveal the process of cell interaction and information transmission.Currently,more and more studies have focused on the potential mechanism of exosomes on cardiovascular diseases,especially AMI.Therefore,this paper mainly describes the latest research progress and application prospect of exosomes in AMI.
