探讨利用FME软件高效输出农村房地一体不动产分层平面图的方法。通过分析不动产分层平面图要素,设计数据处理流程,搭建转换器模板提取和处理信息,利用空间拓扑、属性映射、循环、列表索引、排序、分组、图形缩放、克隆等一系列操作,扇出符合要求的图形。在广州番禺区农村房地一体项目中应用该方案,对复杂高灵活性的不动产分层平面图输出实现有效的处理和自动化,通过微调模板,可以满足不同项目的要求,为农村房地一体不动产分层平面图输出提供了一种高效的技术方法。

This article discusses the method of using FME software to efficiently output the layered plan of rural real estate.By analyzing the elements of the layered plan of real estate and designing data processing flow,building converter template to extract and process information,using a series of operations such as spatial topology,attribute mapping,loop,list index,sorting,grouping,graphic scaling,cloning and so on to fan out graphics that meet the requirements.This scheme was applied in the rural real estate project in Panyu district of Guangzhou.It realized effective processing and automation of complex and highly flexible output of layered plan of real estate by fine-tuning the template to meet the requirements of different projects.It provides an efficient technical method for the output of layered plan of rural real estate.
