硅胶捕集复烤过程中烟草逸出物工艺的优化

摘要 在打叶复烤过程中排出的废气含有大量的致香物质,如果将这些致香物质捕集加以回收利用,既能避免污染环境,也能避免资源的浪费。为了探索捕集复烤过程中烟草逸出物的最佳工艺条件,本文采用硅胶作为吸附材料,95%乙醇溶液进行溶解,采用气相色谱-质谱分析方法对致香成分进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:当料液比为1∶4时,香味物质含量最高;对吸附物的溶解时间不同,香味物质种类接近,大多数香味物质随着溶解时间增加,峰面积增大,但是120 min和90 min相比,大多数香味物质峰面积不再增加,因此溶解时间90 min为宜;吸附时间小于10 h,大多数香味物质的峰面积增大,当吸附时间达到12 h,多数香味物质的峰面积不再增加,因此以硅胶作为吸附物时,吸附时间以10 h为宜。实验结果可以为优化捕集烟草打叶复烤过程中逸出致香物质的工艺提供参考。 The exhaust gas discharged during the threshing and redrying process contains a large number of aroma substances.If these aroma substances are captured and recycled,it will not only avoid environmental pollution but also avoid waste of resources.To explore the optimal technological conditions for trapping tobacco escapes during the redrying process,silica gel was used as the adsorption material,which dissolved in 95%ethanol solution,and qualitative and quantitative analysis of aroma components were carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results show that when the ratio of material to liquid is 1:4,the content of aroma substances is the highest.The dissolution time for adsorbents is different,and the types of aroma substances are close.The peak area of most fragrance substances increases with the increase of dissolution time,but compared 120 minutes with 90 minutes,the peak area of most fragrance substances did not increase,so the dissolution time of 90 minutes is appropriate.When the adsorption time is less than 10 hours,the peak area of most fragrance substances increases.When the adsorption time reaches 12 hours,the peak area of most fragrance substances will not increase.Therefore,when silica gel is used as the adsorption material,the appropriate adsorption time is 10 hours.The experimental results can provide a reference for the process of capturing the aroma substances released from tobacco threshing and redrying.
