HX_(N)3型机车换端惩罚制动异常分析研究

Analysis and research on abnormal penalty brake during end-exchanging of HX_(N)3 locomotive

针对装配DK-2型制动机的HX_(N)3型机车在运用中出现的换端惩罚制动无法消除或换端惩罚制动滞后问题,分析了出现异常情况的具体原因,提出了机车、制动机电气改造措施,同时优化制动机控制软件,经过运用验证,可以有效解决该问题。

In response to the problem of inability to eliminate penalty brake or delayed penalty brake during the operation of HX_(N)3 locomotive equipped with DK-2 brake,we analyzed the specific reasons for the abnormal situation,and proposed electrical modification measures for locomotive and brake as well as optimization scheme of brake control software.After verification,this problem can be effectively solved by taking the measures.
