全自动无人驾驶地铁车辆受电弓升弓故障研究

Research on pantograph lift fault in fullyautomated driverless metro vehicles

摘要 某项目全自动无人驾驶地铁车辆全自动唤醒时出现受电弓升弓故障现象,通过查找和分析故障原因,提出了压力开关重新选型和优化应急升弓逻辑等措施,经实施验证了方法有效。整改措施降低了车辆故障率,减少了全自动无人驾驶车辆人工介入次数,提高了运用和维保时的“唤醒”效率,也为后续全自动无人驾驶车辆的设计提供了参考。 Aiming at the fault of pantograph lift during the automatically awakening of fully-automated driverless metro vehicles in a certain project,we analyzed and found out the cause,and proposed measures such as re-selecting pressure switches and optimizing emergency pantograph lift logic,whose effectiveness have been verified by application.The corrective measures have reduced the vehicle failure rate and the number of manual interventions,and improved the wake-up efficiency during operation and maintenance,which provides a reference for the subsequent design of fully-automated driverless vehicles.
