感觉统合训练结合口部运动治疗儿童构音障碍的疗效探析

Efficacy of sensory integration training combined with oral exercise in the treatment of childrenwith dysarthria

目的观察对儿童构音障碍实施感觉统合训练+口部运动治疗的效果,进而为此类患儿治疗提供指导。方法选择本院耳鼻喉科诊疗的74例儿童构音障碍患儿为研究主体,按照奇偶法实施分组,对照组中37例患儿仅实施口部运动治疗,研究组中37例患儿接受感觉统合训练+口部运动,持续干预3个月后对比各组治疗效果、口部运动、相关指标(构音清晰度、感觉统合功能),控制研究时间段为2020年6月-2021年6月。结果比较各组观察指标发现,研究组临床总有有效率明显高于对照组,各项口部运动功能评分均显著高于对照组,构音清晰度评分、感觉统合功能评分明显高于对照组,差异均存在意义,P<0.05。结论在儿童构音障碍治疗中应用感觉统合训练+口部运动具有显著效果,可促改善构音障碍情况,可促进口部运动功能与感觉统合功能提高,具有理想的治疗价值,可推广。

Objective To observe the effect of sensory integration training+oral motor therapy for children with dysarthria,and to provide guidance for the treatment of such children.Methods 74 children with dysarthria diagnosed and treated in otolaryngology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and divided into groups according to the parity method.37 children in the control group were only treated with oral exercise,and 37 children in the research group were treated with sensory integration training and oral exercise.After continuous intervention for 3 months,the treatment effect,oral exercise and related indicators(articulation clarity and sensory integration function)of each group were compared.The control study period was from June 2020 to June 2021.Results Comparing the observation indicators of each group,it was found that the clinical total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the scores of various oral motor functions were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the score of articulation articulation and sensory integration function were significantly higher than those of the control group.There were significant differences between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of sensory integration training+oral movement in the treatment of children with dysarthria has a significant effect,which can promote the improvement of dysarthria,and can promote the improvement of oral motor function and sensory integration function.It has ideal therapeutic value and can be promoted.
