泪道置管手术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of lacrimal duct surgery in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction

目的探讨鼻泪管阻塞患者治疗中,选择泪道置管手术的价值。方法筛选71例鼻泪管阻塞患者作为样本,71例样本选取时间为2019年1月~2022年1月,做随机分组处理后,按1:1比例分组,对照组35例样本给予传统泪道探通术治疗,观察组36例样本给予泪道置管手术,对比2组临床疗效、并发症率、临床指标。结果观察组临床疗效(88.89%)测定结果,较对照组(62.86%)呈升高趋势(P<0.05);观察组并发症率(5.56%)测定结果,较对照组(20.00%)呈降低趋势(P<0.05);观察组OSDI评分、泪河高度测定结果,较对照组呈下降趋势;脂质层评级测定结果,较对照组呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论将泪道置管手术应用在鼻泪管阻塞治疗过程中,既可提升整体疗效及预后效果,亦可降低泪河高度及干眼症状评分,值得借鉴及参考。

Objective To explore the value of choosing lacrimal duct intubation in the treatment of patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods 71 patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction were selected as samples.The 71 samples were selected from January 2019 to January 2022.After randomization,they were divided into groups according to the ratio of 1:1.36 cases in the observation group were treated with lacrimal duct insertion surgery,and the clinical effcacy,complication rate,and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(88.89%)showed an increasing trend compared with the control group(62.86%)(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group(5.56%)was higher than that of the control group(20.00%).There was a decreasing trend(P<0.05);the OSDI score and tear river height measurement results in the observation group showed a downward trend compared with the control group;the lipid layer rating measurement results showed an increasing trend compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lacrimal duct insertion surgery in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction can not only improve the overall curative effect and prognosis,but also reduce the tear river height and dry eye symptom score,which is worthy of reference.
