慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉采用鼻内镜手术治疗临床效果及安全性研究

Clinical effect and safety of endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp

目的探讨对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉者在鼻内镜手术治疗后予生理盐水冲洗干预的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2018年6月至2021年6月收治慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉者150例,以随机数表法分为鼻内镜手术治疗对照组(n=75)与联合生理盐水鼻腔冲洗干预观察组(n=75),比较两组临床疗效及康复进程,另统计两组并发症发生率评估安全性。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组术创上皮化时间与症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉者在鼻内镜手术后予生理盐水冲洗鼻腔能提高疗效,可促进患者康复,且可降低并发症风险。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of saline irrigation intervention in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp after nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods Methods a total of 150 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted from June 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the nasal endoscopic treatment control group(n=75)and combined nasal irrigation observation group(n=75).The clinical efficacy and rehabilitation progress of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of complications was counted.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The time of intraoperative epithelialization and symptom improvement was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp,irrigating the nasal cavity with normal saline after nasal endoscopic surgery can improve the curative effect,promote the recovery of patients,and reduce the risk of complications.
