推拿结合耳穴贴治疗儿童睡眠障碍的临床效果探讨

摘要 目的研究睡眠障碍患儿行推拿+耳穴贴治疗的效果。方法数据取自本院2020年3月-2021年8月收治的80例睡眠障碍患儿,“随机取样法”分常规组(常规治疗,n=40)、联合组(推拿+耳穴贴,n=40),2组睡眠质量、智力发育及临床疗效比较分析。结果治疗前比较2组睡眠质量、智力发育情况无差异,P>0.05;治疗后与常规组比较,联合组CSHQ评分更低;Gesell评分更高;联合组有效率(97.50%)高于常规组(85.00%),χ^(2)=3.914,p=0.048,P<0.05(具统计学意义)。结论推拿+耳穴贴治疗睡眠障碍患儿可提高睡眠质量、促进智力发育,增强疗效、值得推崇。 Objective To study the effect of massage and ear point sticking on children with sleep disorders.Methods The data were collected from 80 children with sleep disorders who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to August 2021."Random sampling"was divided into the control group(conventional treatment,n=40),the observation group(massage+ear point sticking,n=40),comparative analysis of sleep quality,mental development and clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in sleep quality and mental development between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,compared with the control group,the CSHQ score of the observation group was lower;the Gesell score was higher;the effective rate(97.50%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group group(85.00%),x=3.914,p=0.048,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Tuina+ear acupoint sticking in the treatment of children with sleep disorders can improve sleep quality,promote intellectual development,and enhance the curative effect,which is worthy of admiration.
