桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊加糠酸莫米松治疗慢性鼻炎的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of eucalyptus,lime and pinene enteric-coated soft capsules plus mometasone furoate in the treatment of chronic rhinitis

目的研究慢性鼻炎患者行桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊+糠酸莫米松治疗效果。方法数据取自本院2020年1月-2021年5月收治70例慢性鼻炎患者,“双盲法”分基础组(糠酸莫米松,n=35)、研讨组(糠酸莫米松+桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊,n=35),;两组疗效比较。结果用药前比较炎症因子、生活质量无差异,用药后比较不良反应也无差异,P>0.05;用药后与基础组比较,研讨组IL-4、IL-17值更低,IL-10、TNF-γ值更高;RQLQ评分更高;研讨组有效率(97.14%)高于基础组(82.86%),χ2=3.968,p=0.046,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊+糠酸莫米松治疗慢性鼻炎可减缓炎症反应、改善生活质量,达到预期疗效、保证用药安全性,值得推崇。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of eucalyptus,lime and pinene enteric-coated soft capsules and mometasone furoate in patients with chronic rhinitis.Methods The data were collected from 70 patients with chronic rhinitis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2021.The"double-blind"method was divided into the control group(mometasone furoate,n=35)and the observation group(mometasone furoate+Eucalyptus,lime and pinene enteric-coated soft capsules,n=35),;comparison of curative effect between two groups.Results There was no difference in inflammatory factors and quality of life before treatment,and there was no difference in adverse reactions after treatment,P>0.05;The TNF-y value was higher;the RQLQ score was higher;the effective rate of the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(82.86%),x2=3.968,p=0.046,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Eucalyptus,lime and pinene enteric-coated soft capsules+mometasone furoate in the treatment of chronic rhinitis can slow down the inflammatory response,improve the quality of life,achieve the expected curative effect,and ensure the safety of medication,which is worthy of praise.
