针对性的护理在急性化脓性扁桃体炎护理中的效果分析

Effect analysis of targeted nursing inacute suppurative tonsillitis

目的探究针对性的护理在急性化脓性扁桃体炎护理中的效果。方法对80例罹患急性化脓性扁桃体炎的患者予以选取,这些患者是近年间在我院进行就诊的患者。分别对其采用常规方法护理和个性化护理,探究两组患者的不良反应发生率、护理满意度和体征恢复情况。结果观察组在开展治疗后,于护理满意度和体征恢复情况相较对照组居更高水平,且观察组患者的不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论针对罹患急性化脓性扁桃体炎的患者,对其进行个性化的针对护理,可以提高护理满意度,不良反应发生率,加快患者的体征恢复情况,应用性较高,值得使用。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods 80 patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis were selected.These patients were hospitalized in our hospital in recent years.Conventional nursing and personalized nursing were respectively used to explore the incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction and physical signs recovery of patients in the two groups.Results After treatment,nursing satisfaction and physical signs recovery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients suffering from acute suppurative tonsillitis,personalized nursing can improve nursing satisfaction,the incidence of adverse reactions,speed up the patient's physical signs recovery,high applicability,worthusing.
