抚触护理联合耳道护理对新生儿听力筛查测试通过情况的影响

Effect of touch nursing combined with ear canal nursing on the passing of neonata hearing screening test

目的研究新生儿听力筛查中开展抚触护理与耳道护理联合干预对其测试通过情况的影响。方法纳入96例,2021年8月--2022年4月这一时间段内,于我院妇产科出生的新生儿,采用随机数字表法进行对等分组,一组为参照组(n=48),仅对新生儿开展耳道护理,另一组为研究组(n=48),则在耳道护理的基础上再开展抚触护理,统计两组新生儿初筛、复筛的听力测试通过情况,测试时的镇静情况、躁动情绪转为安静的时间及疼痛紧张情况。结果护理后,与参照组新生儿相比,研究组初筛、复筛的听力测试通过率和筛时的测试镇静优良率均明显更高,P<0.05;与参照组相比,初筛、复筛时躁动情绪转为安静的时间、NIPS评分均更低,P<0.05。结论在新生儿听力筛查中联合开展抚触护理与耳道护理可有效改善新生儿的躁动情绪,缓解其疼痛紧张感,提升测试通过率,建议临床积极应用。

Objective To study the effect of combined intervention of touch nursing and ear canal nursing on the passing of neonatal.hearing screening.Methods 96 newborns born in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from August 2021 to April 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method.One group was the reference group(n=48)and only carried out ear canal nursing for newborns,and the other group was the research group(n=48).On the basis of ear canal nursing,touch nursing was carried out.The hearing test passing,sedation and The time when restlessness turns to quietness and pain and tension.Results After nursing,compared with the newborns in the reference group,the passing rate of hearing test and the excellent rate of sedation during screening in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the time from restlessness to quietness and nips score were lower in the first and second screening(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of touch nursing and ear canal nursing in newborn hearing screening can effectively improve the restlessness of newborns,relieve their pain and tension,and improve the passing rate of the test.It is suggested that it should be actively used in clinical practice.
