护理指导对急性咽喉炎雾化吸入治疗产生的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of nursing guidance on the treatment of acute pharyngitis by atomization inhalation

目的分析护理指导给雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎患者带来的影响。方法回顾研究2021年4月~2022年4月期间在本单位通过雾化吸入布地奈德治疗急性咽喉炎的100例患者的临床资料,将开展常规护理的50例患者设为对照组,将加行护理指导的50例患者设为研究组。对比两组的症状缓解时间、患者满意度、护理前后的炎性因子水平。结果研究组的症状缓解时间短于对照组,患者满意度(98%)高于对照组(80%),统计学差异十分明显(P<0.05)。比较护理前两组的C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6,统计学差异并不明显(P>0.05);护理后研究组的C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6均比对照组低,统计学差异十分明显(P<0.05)。结论护理指导可以减轻雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎患者的炎症反应,加快其症状缓解速度,提高其护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the influence of nursing guidance on patients with acute pharyngitis treated by atomization inhalation.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,the clinical data of 100 patients with acute pharyngitis treated by aerosol inhalation of budesonide in our unit were retrospectively studied.The 50 patients who received routine care were set as the control group.Fifty patients who received nursing guidance were set as the study group.The symptom relief time,patient satisfaction,and inflammatory factor levels before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom relief time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the patient satisfaction(98%)was higher than that of the control group(80%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-a and interleukin-6 between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing guidance can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with acute pharyngitis treated by aerosol inhalation,accelerate their symptom relief,and improvetheirnursing satisfaction.
