基于CONSORT拓展声明的加速康复外科护理鼻内镜手术患者随机对照试验的质量评价

Quality Evaluation of Randomized Controlled Trial of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Based on CONSORT Expansion Statement

目的评价加速康复外科护理鼻内镜手术患者随机对照实验的报告质量现状。方法系统地检索相关数据库,包括万方数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、Pub Med、EMBASE(OVID)、CochraneLibrary等数据库。检索内容为加速康复外科护理鼻内镜手术患者的随机对照实验,文献筛选和资料提取由两位人员独立完成,通过CONSORT拓展声明对所检索的RCTs质量进行报告,对结局指标进行计数统计。结果最终纳入26篇RCTs,报告质量。随机序列产生方法、分配。结论目前关于加速康复外科护理鼻内镜手术患者的RCTs总体报告质量较低,今后在相关RCTs研究应遵循CONSORT拓展声明进行研究方案设计。

Objective To evaluate the report quality of randomized controlled trials of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods Relevant databases were systematically searched,including Wanfang database,CNKI,VIP,PubMed,EMBASE(Ovid),Cochrane Library and so on.The search content was a randomized controlled experiment of accelerating rehabilitation surgery nursing patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.The literature screening and data extraction were completed independently by two personnel.The quality of the retrieved RCTs was reported through consort expansion statement,and the outcome indicators were counted and counted.Results 26 RCTs were included and the quality of the report was improved.Random sequence generation method and distribution.Conclusion At present,the overall report quality of RCTs on accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery is low.In the future,the research scheme design should follow the consort expansion statement.
