摘要
目的评价脑梗死吞咽困难患者护理中教育护理的应用效果,并分析对患者不良心理状态及吞咽功能的影响。方法入组对象均由本院接受治疗后生命体征稳定的脑梗死合并发生吞咽障碍患者,病例数总计75。病例输入计算机建档后进行随机分组。患者接受常规检查和治疗后,对照组37例患者接受常规护理支持及康复训练,将常规护理支持及康复训练同时辅以教育护理患者38例纳入观察组,对比不同护理模式对患者心理状态、吞咽障碍及护理满意度的影响。结果增加教育护理后,患者不良心理状态得到良好改善,可提升患者康复依从性,良好改善吞咽功能,其效果得到患者好评,相比常规护理干预具有明显优势。结论针对脑梗死引发吞咽困难患者,在常规治疗及护理干预同时联合实施教育护理,能够确切改善患者不良情绪和心理问题,提高其康复锻炼依从性,确保吞咽功能得到最大程度改善,对预后和生活质量具有积极作用,值得广泛推广及应用。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of education and nursing in the nursing of patients with dysphagia in cerebral infarction,and to analyze the influence on the patients'poor psychological state and swallowing function.Methods The enrolled subjects were all patients with cerebral infarction and dysphagia with stable vital signs after receiving treatment in our hospital,with a total of 75 cases.Cases were entered into computer files for randomization.After the patients received routine examination and treatment,37 patients in the control group received routine nursing support and rehabilitation training,and 38 patients with routine nursing support and rehabilitation training supplemented with education and nursing were included in the observation group.Barriers and effects on nursing satisfaction.Results After the addition of education and nursing,the poor psychological state of the patients was improved,the rehabilitation compliance of the patients was improved,and the swallowing function was improved.Conclusion For patients with dysphagia caused by cerebral infarction,conventional treatment and nursing intervention combined with education and nursing can definitely improve the patients'negative emotions and psychological problems,improve their compliance with rehabilitation exercises,ensure that swallowing function is improved to the greatest extent,and have a positive impact on prognosis and life.Quality has a positive effect and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
