临床护理路径在慢性化脓性中耳炎中的护理效果及并发症分析

Nursing effect and complications analysis of clinical nursing pathway in chronic suppurative otitis media

目的分析临床护理路径在慢性化脓性中耳炎中的护理效果及对并发症的影响。方法2019年3月-2022年2月,从本院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中选择80例,利用随机数表法分2组,各40例,对照组:常规护理干预,试验组:临床护理路径,比较两组护理效果。结果试验组护理总有效率为97.50%,对照组为82.50%,试验组高于对照组,P<0.05;试验组并发症率为2.50%,对照组为15.00%,试验组低于对照组,P<0.05;试验组护理满意度为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,试验组高于对照组,P<0.05;护理前两组患者自护能力评分、健康知识问卷评分组间对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,护理后两组自护能力评分、健康知识问卷评分高于护理前,P<0.05,护理后试验组上述评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理中,临床护理路径能够缓解患者病情,预防多种并发症发生,促进其自护能力提升,增强患者健康意识,患者护理满意度更高,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in chronic suppurative otitis media and its influence on complications.Methods From March 2019 to February 2022,80 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Control group were given routine nursing intervention,experimental group were given the clinical nursing path,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 97.50%,it in the control group was 82.50%,and which in the experimental group was higher than in the control group,P<0.05;the complication rate in the experimental group was 2.50%,it in the control group was 15.00%,and it in the experimental group was lower than the control group,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 77.50%,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05;the scores of self-care ability and health knowledge questionnaire scores of the two groups before nursing were compared,and there was no statistical significance,P>0.05.After nursing,the scores of self-care ability and health knowledge questionnaire in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,P<0.05.After nursing,the above scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the nursing of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,the clinical nursing pathway could relieve the patient's condition,prevent the occurrence of various complications,promote the improvement of their self-care ability,enhance the patient's health awareness,and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,which was worthy of recommendation.
