临床护理路径在SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo with SRM-IV vertigo diagnosis and treatment system

目的探究临床护理路径在SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的应用。方法选择2021年6月-12月在齐齐哈尔市第一医院耳鼻喉科病房800例住院患者为研究对象,采取随数字表法分为对照组(n=400)采取常规护理,观察组(n=400)采取临床护理路径,比较两组患者的临床疗效、焦虑情况及满意度情况。结果对两组患者采取不同护理方式干预后,观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑情况低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理路径应用于SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕中能够减少患者焦虑情况,提升临床疗效增加患者治疗满意度。

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo with SRM-IV vertigo diagnosis and treatment system.Methods From June to December 2021,800 inpatients in the ENT ward of the First Hospital of Qiqihar City were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=400)and the observation group(n=400)using a clinical nursing path to compare the clinical efficacy,anxiety and satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention of different nursing methods for the two groups of patients,the clinical treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the anxiety of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was higher in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the clinical nursing pathway to the SRM-IV vertigo diagnosis and treatment system in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can reduce patient anxiety,improve clinical efficacy and increase patient satisfaction with treatment.
