摘要
目的研究重症监护室(ICU)吞咽障碍患者行营养序贯护理的效果。方法数据取自本院2020年1月-2021年9月收治78例ICU吞咽障碍患者,“双盲法”分参照组(常规护理,n=39)、序贯组(营养序贯护理,n=39),2组疗效比较。结果护理前比较两组营养状况、免疫能力无差异,P>0.05;护理后与参照组比较,序贯组HGB、PA、TP及TFN值更高;IgG、IgA及IgM值降低幅度更小;序贯组满意率(97.44%)高于参照组(82.05%),χ2=5.014,p=0.025,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论营养序贯护理可改善ICU吞咽障碍患者的免疫能力、营养状况,改善护患关系、提高满意度,值得推崇。
Objective To study the effect of sequential nutrition nursing in intensive care unit(ICU)patients with dysphagia.Methods The data were collected from 78 patients with dysphagia in ICU admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021.The“double-blind”method was divided into the control group(routine nursing,n=39)and the observation group(nutrition sequential nursing,n=39),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in nutritional status and immunity between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,compared with the control group,the values of HGB,PA,TP and TFN in the observation group were higher;the decrease in the values of IgG,IgA and IgM was smaller;The satisfaction rate of the observation group(97.44%)was higher than that of the control group(82.05%),x2=5.014,p=0.025,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Nutrition sequential nursing can improve the immune ability and nutritional status of patients with dysphagia in ICU,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve satisfaction,which is worthy of admiration.
