优质护理干预在过敏性鼻炎患者护理中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of high-quality nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with allergic rhinitis

目的分析优质护理应用于过敏性鼻炎患者中的具体措施及应用效果。方法抽取本院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者74例为观察对象,病例抽取时间自2020年1月~2021年12月,以护理模式不同作分组处理,其中施行常规护理的37例患者设为参照组,施行优质护理的37例患者设为研究组。组间比较护理效果,及对患者疾病症状的影响。结果研究组患者护理总有效率高于参照组,鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕等疾病症状评分护理后低于参照组,P<0.05。结论优质护理应用于过敏性鼻炎患者中,可提升护理效果,并促疾病症状改善,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the specific measures and application effects of high-quality nursing in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 74 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital were selected as observation objects.The sampling time of cases was from January 2020 to December 2021,and they were grouped according to different nursing modes.Among them,37 patients who received routine nursing were set as the reference.group,and 37 patients who received high-quality nursing care were selected as the study group.Nursing effects were compared between groups,and the effects on patients disease symptoms.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the scores of disease symptoms such as nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,and runny nose were lower than those in the reference group after nursing,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in patients with allergic rhinitis can improve the nursing effect and improve the symptoms of the disease,with significant effect.
