Purpose To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention path for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, and to provide reference for such patients. Methods 100 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n=50)and control group(n=50).All patients were treated with reduction manipulation.During the treatment, the control group was treated with routine nursing, while the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing effect, emotional state and nursing satisfaction of each group were compared. The research date was from March 2021 to March 2022.Results(1)Compared with the nursing effect, the experimental group reached 96.00%,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);(2)Comparing the emotional state, the scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);(4)Compared with nursing satisfaction, the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention path for patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo by manual reduction has ideal effect, which can significantly improve emotional state and nursing satisfaction, and can be applied and popularized in such diseases.
