基于数据挖掘探讨肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的中医用药规律

Discussion on traditional Chinese medicine medication rule of obese polycystic ovary syndrome based on data mining

目的探索基于数据挖掘的肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)中医用药规律。方法通过“中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件”,利用数据挖掘技术,对自文献数据库建库以来至今的肥胖型PCOS临床研究类文献进行整理归纳,分析用药频次、性味归经、药物关联规则及熵层次聚类药物规律特点。结果肥胖型PCOS临床用药多选用健脾补肾、化痰通络等之品。本研究挖掘出以“肝、脾、肾”三脏为主的“健脾补肾、疏肝理气、化痰除湿、活血通络、滋补肝肾、温阳利水、通泄下焦”等治法的新方组合。结论基于数据挖掘的肥胖型PCOS中医用药规律研究,为临床运用中医药辨治思维诊治此类疾病提供指导意义。

Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine medication rule of obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)based on data mining.Methods Through the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)software",using data mining technology,the clinical research literature of obese PCOS since the establishment of the literature database were sorted out and summarized,and the frequency of drug use,taste and meridian tropism,drug association rules and the law of entropy hierarchical cluster were analyzed.Results The clinical medication of obese PCOS was mostly used for invigorating spleen and kidney,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.A new combination of treatment methods such as"invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney,soothing liver and regulating Qi,resolving phlegm and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,nourishing liver and kidney,warming Yang and promoting diuresis,dredging and purging lower energizer"was excavated in this study,which was mainly based on"liver,spleen and kidney".Conclusion The study of traditional Chinese medicine medication rule of obese PCOS based on data mining provides guiding significance for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment thinking in the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
