芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗老年心力衰竭的效果及对心肌纤维化、炎性因子的影响

Effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan in the treatment of senile heart failure and its influences on myocardial fibrosis and inflammatory factors

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗老年心力衰竭的效果及对心肌纤维化、炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月我院收治的80例老年心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用左西孟旦治疗,观察组采用芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗老年心力衰竭有助于提高临床效果,减轻患者心肌损伤,改善心肌纤维化,促进炎性因子水平下调。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan in the treatment of senile heart failure and its influences on myocardial fibrosis and inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levosimendan,and the observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and cardiac troponin T(cTnT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA)and procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan in the treatment of senile heart failure is helpful to improve the clinical effect,reduce myocardial injury of patients,improve myocardial fibrosis and promote the down-regulation of inflammatory factors.
