摘要
目的探讨门冬胰岛素联合医学营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月收治的350例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各175例。对照组予以生物合成人胰岛素联合医学营养治疗,观察组采用门冬胰岛素联合医学营养治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)水平及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)低于对照组,稳态模型胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平均高于对照组,活性氧(ROS)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素联合医学营养治疗有助于控制妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平,改善胰岛β细胞功能,减轻氧化应激反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of insulin aspart combined with medical nutrition therapy on blood glucose level and isletβ-cell function in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 350 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 175 cases in each group.The control group was given biosynthetic human insulin combined with medical nutrition therapy,and the observation group was given insulin aspart combined with medical nutrition therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin(FINS)level and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the homeostasis model assessment of isletβ-cell function index(HOMA-β)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin aspart combined with medical nutrition therapy can help to control the blood glucose level of gestational diabetes mellitus patients,improve the isletβ-cell function and reduce oxidative stress reaction,which is worth popularizing.
