Roy适应模式护理在重症LN患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响

Application effect of Roy adaptation model nursing in patients with severe LN and its influence on quality of life

目的探讨Roy适应模式护理在重症狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月收治的80例重症LN患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,常规护理)和观察组(40例,Roy适应模式护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的血肌酐(Scr)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、24 h尿蛋白定量水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Roy适应模式护理可明显改善重症LN患者的肾功能、负性情绪及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Roy adaptation model nursing in patients with severe lupus nephritis(LN).Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,80 patients with severe LN were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(40 cases,Roy adaptation model nursing)according to the random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and 24 h urinary protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Roy adaptation model nursing can significantly improve the renal function,negative emotions and quality of life of patients with severe LN,which is worthy of promotion.
