正念瑜伽训练结合心理干预在妊娠晚期孕妇中的应用效果 被引量:1

Application effect of mindfulness yoga training combined with psychological intervention in pregnant women during the third trimester of pregnancy

摘要 目的探讨正念瑜伽训练结合心理干预在妊娠晚期孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月接收的90例妊娠晚期孕妇为研究对象,按照简单随机化法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予心理干预,观察组给予正念瑜伽训练结合心理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的第一、二、三产程及总产程显著短于对照组,产后2 h出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道助产率显著低于对照组,自然分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的新生儿不良结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正念瑜伽训练结合心理干预可以有效缓解妊娠晚期孕妇的不良情绪,提高其睡眠质量,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of mindfulness yoga training combined with psychological intervention in pregnant women during the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods Ninety pregnant women during the third trimester of pregnancy admitted from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given psychological intervention,and the observation group was given mindfulness yoga training combined with psychological intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The first,second and third stages of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the blood loss at 2 h after delivery was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Childbirth Attitudes Questionnaire(CAQ)in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal midwifery rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the natural delivery rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness yoga training combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the bad mood of pregnant women during the third trimester of pregnancy,improve their sleep quality,which is worthy of promotion.
