戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗更年期综合征患者的效果研究

Efficacy of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of patients with climacteric syndrome

目的研究更年期综合征患者采用戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗的临床效果。方法选取30例更年期综合征患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组15例。对照组采用替勃龙治疗,研究组采用戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组患者临床效果及治疗前后内分泌水平。结果与对照组患者的73.33%相比,研究组患者治疗总有效率为100%,研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者E2、FSH、LH水平均改善,研究组患者的E2水平高于对照组,FSH、LH水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更年期综合征患者采用戊酸雌二醇片/雌二醇环丙孕酮片治疗可显著改善患者的内分泌水平,提升治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets in the treatment of climacteric syndrome.Methods 30 patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tibolone,and the study group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets.The clinical effects and endocrine levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 73.33%in the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was 100%,and the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,E2,FSH and LH levels were improved in both groups.E,levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while FSH and LH levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of menopausal syndrome patients with estradiol valerate tablets/estradiol cyproterone tablets can significantly improve the endocrine level of patients and enhance the therapeutic effect,which is worthy ofclinical promotion.
