戈舍瑞林联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of goserelin combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的研究子宫肌瘤患者采用戈舍瑞林联合米非司酮治疗的临床疗效。方法选取70例子宫肌瘤患者,按照奇偶数分为对照组与试验组,每组35例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,试验组采用戈舍瑞林联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后试验组子宫体积、肌瘤体积明显小于对照组,月经周期长于对照组,月经量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组孕酮、雌二醇、卵泡刺激素及促黄体生成素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率94.29%明显高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。试验组治疗12个月的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论戈舍瑞林联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著,且近期、远期疗效均良好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of goserelin combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 70 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to odd and even numbers,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the experimental group was treated with goserelin combined with mifepristone.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the uterine volume and myoma volume of the experimental group were significantly smaller than that of the control group,the menstrual cycle was longer than that of the control group,and the menstrual volume was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone,estradiol,FSH and luteinizing hormone in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.43%(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,the relapse rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The efficacy of goserelin combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids is remarkable,and the short-term and long-term curative effects are good,worthy of clinical promotion.
