米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤患者的效果观察

Effect of mifepristone on patients with uterine fibroids

目的 探究子宫肌瘤患者应用米非司酮治疗的临床效果。方法 选取80例子宫肌瘤患者,根据入院就诊时间的先后次序分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床效果、治疗前后月经量及肌瘤体积。结果 试验组患者总有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组月经量、肌瘤体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组月经量明显少于对照组,肌瘤体积小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在子宫肌瘤患者治疗中,采用米非司酮治疗能够有效提升临床疗效,缩小肌瘤体积,减少月经量,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone therapy on patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission time,with 4o cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received mifepristone treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,menstrual volume and myoma volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual volume and fibroid volume between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume and fibroid volume of experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of uterine fibroids,the use of mifepristone treatment can effectively improve clinical efficacy,reduce the size of fibroids,reduce menstrual volume,worthy of clinical application.
